Solution Overview
Core Value & Target Users
High-rise building contractors, curtain wall installers, steel structure erectors and facade engineers
Precision at Height
Laser distance meters, total stations and digital levels provide millimeter-accuracy measurements at heights exceeding 500m, ensuring structural alignment and dimensional compliance.
Worker Safety
Fall detection sensors, safety harness inspection tools and wind speed monitors protect workers at height, reducing construction fatalities and meeting ISO 45001 safety requirements.
Quality Assurance
Coating thickness gauges, concrete test hammers and ultrasonic thickness meters verify material quality and structural integrity throughout the construction process.

Selection & Deployment
Selection Recommendations & Deployment Notes
Choose IP-Rated Instruments
Construction sites expose instruments to dust, rain and vibration. Select laser meters and levels with IP54 or higher ratings. Drop-proof models (1.5m+) significantly reduce replacement costs.
Wind Speed is a Critical Safety Trigger
Most building codes require stopping crane operations above 12 m/s and tower crane operations above 15 m/s. Install fixed anemometers at crane mast level, not just at ground level.
Calibrate Torque Wrenches Before Critical Joints
High-strength bolt connections in steel structures require precise torque. Calibrate torque wrenches at least annually and before any critical structural connection work.
Coating Inspection Prevents Long-Term Failures
Insufficient anti-corrosion coating on steel structures leads to premature corrosion. Use coating thickness gauges to verify every structural member meets specification before enclosure.
